Book K. Lee Brown
K. Lee Brown is the Founder and Director of Whole Soul Counsel and a sought-after speaker at the intersection of spiritual formation and mental health. With over a decade of experience in church leadership and biblical teaching, Lee brings a rare integration of theological depth and clinical expertise to his work.
He is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) and National Certified Counselor (NCC), and has been accepted into Waynesburg University’s Ph.D. program in Counselor Education and Supervision. Lee holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Christian Counseling, a Master’s degree in Biblical Exposition and a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Lee is also the founder of a model of care which he calls Formation-Centered Counseling™, a distinct, biblically rooted approach to care that moves beyond behavior modification or cognitive insight alone. Instead, it focuses on the deep formation of the human spirit—where true and lasting transformation takes place. This framework has become a defining contribution to his work, helping individuals and churches understand how emotional, relational, and spiritual health are inseparably connected.
Lee is also the author of The Invitation, a work that calls readers into a deeper life with God marked by healing, clarity, and purpose.
